So when I asked Josh for a refund because of the overall service and how I was treated he said I had to write corporate and said that I would have to go through corporate to get my money back.Īdditionally I did not like how we kept being switched from course to another course and including the long wait times to even get on a course. The way I was treated was horrible and embarrassing. $168.00 on food and bad service and $87.00 on games and then another $12.00 for an additional player. I'm highly upset and embarrassed after I have spent over $200.00 in this place. He still did not let me come in with my daughter who I had just walked out of the very same door with.

I told him I had just walked out of the doors, he had saw me earlier with my older daughter and my family was still in there. We had been there since 520 but because it had taken so long to get our food and get on the course it was later than expected. So I called the manager Josh over who I had spoken with earlier that day along with Liz and Tiffany and he said because it was after 9pm she couldn't come back in. I had literally just walked out the door it was only about 30 secs or less.

What made me the most upset was the fact that I had left my son and his friends upstairs playing the Ruby course and I was running to my car with my 10 year old but had to turn back around because I had forgot something with my son and the security wouldn't let me back in because they said I had my minor daughter with me. My previous visit was amazing but after the way I was treated on my son's 20th birthday (August 7th) I can safely say this is the last time I will come here whereas before I had recommended it to everyone. From the long wait to receive my food (over an hour after I ordered it), to my oldest daughter waiting 40 mins to get her drink after she had ordered it, to the bad security staff that is very rude, I'm completely over this place.

I will not be recommending or visiting the Atlanta location ever again. Definitely not kid friendly even if you had reservations before 6 pm.
